All Online Business Tuition sessions are via Microsoft Teams unless otherwise agreed. Meetings may be recorded for quality and training purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a working internet connection and are able to attend any scheduled meeting(s) on time. Should there be a technical fault from the side of Online Business Tuition, you will be offered an alternative time. If this time is inconvenient, a full refund for the missed session will be offered. This will not affect any discounts previously agreed to. For example, if you ordered a block of 3 tuition sessions and received 20% discount, you will be refunded for the session price paid and the remaining two sessions will still receive the 20% discount. A block of 3 or more tuition options refers to 3 tuition options being ordered at any one time. For example, you may choose to order 2 Private Tuition options for half an hour and 1 Private Tuition option for one hour in one transaction. This would constitute a block order of 3 tuition options. Should you wish to cancel a scheduled tuition session, a full refund will be offered providing that the session is cancelled with 24 hours notice. Any scheduled tuition cancelled without 24 hours prior notice will be charged at the full price. There may (although not guaranteed) be the option of rescheduling. In the event that tuition is cancelled from a block of 3 tuition sessions, the remaining sessions will be charged at the full Standard Fee. For any cancellations, you will be required to provide your unique reference number issued on your receipt. Additional details to verify your identity may also be required. All prices are subject to availability. Online Business Tuition does not tolerate any unlawful or abusive behaviour. If this occurs, Online Business Tuition reserves the right to withdraw all scheduled tuition sessions without reimbursement. By applying for a tuition service via Online Business Tuition, you agree that you have given a truthful account of the university where you are studying whilst receiving the tuition service. Tutors will not be assigned to students from the same university. Should it be found that misleading information has been provided, Online Business Tuition reserves the right to withdraw any further tuition services with immediate effect and appropriate further action may be taken. The tuition services offered by Online Business Tuition are designed to offer additional support. For example, if you are unsure how to use a certain methodology, this can be discussed with your tutor. It should be noted that Online Business Tuition offers support services through private tuition which can greatly enhance overall student grades. However, you should consult your module convenor, seminar tutor and/or supervisor for module specific criteria, advice and support within a timely manner. Online Business Tuition is not responsible for university or module criteria. Services constituting plagiarism or academic misconduct are not permitted and any work submitted whilst using services provided by Online Business Tuition should inevitably be the students own work.
